Sizes are based on U.S. Women's pant's size. Choose from standard starting sizes XS - XL.  Sizes 0X - 5X are custom sizes and requires exact measurement in inches to complete order. While standing up straight, relaxed, and not sucking in your stomach, Measure the natural circumference of your waist in inches using a soft measuring tape.  

Each waistbead arrives with two a 1.5" extenders to adjust waistbeads. Below is a complete list of the starting sizes and their adjustable capability.

XS - Standard 25" strand (Adjustable up to 28.5" with included extenders)
S - Standard 27" strand (Adjustable up to 31.5" with with included extenders)
M - Standard 29" strand (Adjustable up to 32.5" with included extenders)
L - Standard 31" strand (Adjustable up to 35.5" with included extenders)
XL - Standard 34" strand (Adjustable up to 37.5" with included extenders)
0X - 5X - Standard 35" and up strand (Adjustable up to 3.5" beyond provided length with included extenders)

Simply unscrew the ends of each strand to open them and then screw on desired extender length.

Remove extenders extenders to make strand shorter. Add extenders to make strand longer.
