Measure your waist in inches and choose a size that is at least 1 inch bigger than your measurement. This will give you room to move around and bloat.
If you would like to vary your waist chains length from time to time, or if you have outgrown your waist chain, you may order an extender piece from this listing.
How To Clean

Cleaning with a polishing cloth or a solution of baking soda, lemon, & vinegar will also clean the copper. Another option is ketchup. Rub your item with ketchup, rinse well, and dry thoroughly.

This item is solid copper. When new and unfinished, it will be bright and shiny like a new penny. Over time, copper develops a patina and oxidizes into a warm brown color based on your pH.
