All waistbead items are made to order.  Due to the handmade nature of our products, items are non-refundable.  If you experience an issue due to damage or errors in craftsmanship, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product for a resolution.

All waistbeads orders addressed to domestic destinations will ship with United States Postal Service (USPS) will be processed & shipped within 1-3 business days. US orders shipped via USPS may take 2-5 days to arrive. Internationally shipped orders may take 7-15 business day to arrive. 

We are not responsible for products that were misdelivered due to lack of correct or incomplete address. If you notice that the address you entered at checkout is incorrect, please Contact Us immediately with your order number and the correct address.
